Since its founding in the early 1980s, Medco Health has experienced consistent, continual growth as the nation's leading pharmacy benefits manager. To accommodate this growth and to prepare for future expansion needs, we centralized our corporate operations from five separate locations throughout New Jersey to the Franklin Lakes campus at 100 Parsons Pond Drive in northern New Jersey.

The sprawling campus, covering about 200 acres, consists of a three-story building with almost 600,000 square feet of office space and the potential to expand by 250,000 feet. Originally constructed to meet the exacting standards of IBM, Big Blue used the facility until 1992. The complex is zoned for office, research, and laboratory use.

Our headquarters complex features two baseball fields, three tennis courts, two handball courts, one basketball/volleyball court, and a field house. In November 2001, a Corporate Child Development Center opened on campus so that employees are able to visit their preschool children any time during the work day.
