The Automated Dispensing System (ADS) is where I get a chance to really control the high-quality that our advanced dispensing technology helps deliver. I work as part of a team with other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure that our dispensing equipment is properly maintained and supplied with the correct drug supply. The quality checks we take to ensure that the right drugs are being dispensed are unparalleled, and I really enjoy the fact that it takes a team to make it happen.

When I see the optical counters and other advanced tools we use, I know I'm on the leading edge of pharmacy technology.
