I have a meeting scheduled with my supervisor, Dan. He has been with the company for several years and also started as a Staff Pharmacist. He was promoted to Supervisor after a few years in the staff role. Many members of our management team also began their careers as staff pharmacists and have progressed to positions of higher responsibility. Dan reviews my recent performance and we discuss the review.

After our meeting, I finish my shift for the day. When 5:30 comes, I go home worry-free knowing my colleagues who are here on the next shift will take care of the patient calls this evening.
