Medco Health gives us personal time for day care, education and medical care. As a mom, this has been very helpful in planning a schedule that works for me and my family.

Now that I've been here a while, I have some flexibility in choosing my hours. Next year, I'm starting at 7:30 and leaving at 4:00, giving me more time in the evenings — something I haven't enjoyed in quite a few years.
