Title: Director of Pharmacy Operations

The Director of Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the planning, supervision and successful execution of all activities related to the pharmacy's operations.

The Director is also responsible for strategic business planning and budgeting, inventory control and human resources management.

In the Director's role to continuously improve efficiencies throughout the pharmacy, coaching, mentoring and managing supervisors is an integral part of the assigned responsibility. Participation in the interviewing and selection process of departmental staff, helps to maintain the cohesive, professional work environment.
