Title: Supervisor, Managed Care Pharmacy
Basic Functions and Responsibilities
- Leadership of a team of pharmacists and Customer Service Representatives
toward achieving department objectives
- Promote teamwork and collaboration to accomplish departmental objectives
- Ensure adherence to compliance protocols
- Actively assist staff in achieving quality and efficiency gains through
coaching and the creation of a positive and supportive environment
- Other duties as assigned
