Medco's Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) can provide employees with a notable tax advantage. FSAs allow employees to pay for certain health and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars. The maximum amount an employee may contribute is $3,000 per year for health care expenses and $5,000 per family per year for dependent care expenses.
