Time Off - Sick Days

New employees must complete a minimum of one month of continuous service before sick time can be used. Regular full-time employees receive five sick days at the beginning of each calendar year. Each employee may carry over or "bank" unused sick days from year-to-year up to a maximum of 12 days. Sick days can be taken in increments of 1/2 days or full days.
