Columbus is home to two Medco Health pharmacies — one conventional pharmacy and one call center pharmacy. The pharmacies are located within 10 to 20 minutes of downtown Columbus.

The Columbus call center pharmacy's hours of operation are Monday – Friday 5:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m., and Saturday 5:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m. (Sunday morning). The conventional pharmacy is open Monday – Friday 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., and Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
